In the 3^rd match of IPL 2012  at Mumbai Pune Warriors beat Mumbai Indian by 29 runs. Pune warriors obtained 129 for 9 wickets in 20 overs.

Steven Smith made 39 from 32 balls-is the highest scorer for Pune in the match. He also became the Man of the Match.

For the outstanding bowling performance of Dinda Mumbai stopped in 100 for 9 wickets. Dinda took 4 wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs.

On 20 April 2011 at Mumbai- Sachin Tendulkar made 35 off 29 balls. From that he scored 236 at an average of 236.00 in four matches in the IPL 4.

Jesse Ryder completed  120 runs at an average of 30.00 in four matches. He was the leading run-scorer for Pune in the IPL 4.

Yuvraj Singh had posted his first duck in IPL and his second in Twenty20.

Tendulkar completed 350 runs in the IPL 4. He was the first batsman to  aggregate 351 at an average of  58.50, including one hundred and two fifties in nine matches.

Tendulkar also the first batsman who completed 1500 runs in the IPL to tally 1521 runs at an average of 42.25 in 44 matches.

Kieron Pollard scored 28 runs off 21 balls. He had posted his highest innings in the IPL 4.

Yuvraj Singh completed  259 at an average of 43.16 in 9 matches. He is the top run-scorer for Pune Warriors in the IPL 4.

Ambati Rayudu was the second highest scorer for  Mumbai Indians. He completed 290 runs at an average of 36.25 in nine matches.

Lasith Malinga took 20 wickets in the IPL 4. He was the first bowler who took totally 22 wickets in the IPL 4.

Suman obtained 36 off 16 balls in that match ( strike rate 225.00) - highest as a Mumbai Indian batsman in the IPL 4.
